The Partnership Charter process entails completing the various modules of the Charter Workbook after which 4West Associates will guide you and your Partners through open and candid discussions. Discussions are held through a series of business workshops during which you will actively build your Partnership Charter.
MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING
4West will review your situation and make a professional recommendation on which Charter modules would best serve you and your Partners. We will help you and your Partners create a Memorandum through structured workshops.
ASSISTED NEGOTIATIONS
Non-partisan 4West Associates bring you and your Business Partners together in a confidential setting to complete structured negotiations. The outcome of these negotiations is to find common ground - a win-win for all Partners.
